Attorney Sean Kendall of Boulder; convicted criminal

The state of Colorado presented Sean Anthony Kendall with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Willamette University of Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Sean guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter involving his girlfriend, Sean pled guilty to second-degree tampering, reckless endangerment, and careless driving.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Sean by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 60-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Sean.
