Attorney Peter Martin of Sarasota, FL; thieving loser

The state of Florida provided Peter William Martin in 1973 after he graduated from Notre Dame University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to produce bank statements to bar investigators (Up yours, said Pete!)
  • Misappropriated (stole) $19,500 belonging to client
  • Failed to account for another $9,900 belonging to client who was the victim of Pete’s misappropriation of $19,500
  • In another client matter, there was a shortage of $20,000

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Pete practices at 1834 Main Street in Sarasota, Florida.
