The state of Florida provided Kevin Alan Fuller in 1992 after he graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Nova Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

Failed to provide competent representation (Dufus)

Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter

Failed to timely file motion to set aside court’s ruling

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Kevin practices at 3840 Tanner Road in Dover, Florida.
