Attorney Elias Dsouza of Plantation, FL; ethical leprechaun

The state of Florida provided Elias Leonard Dsouza in 2000 after he graduated from Nova Southeastern University of Miami Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Elias guilty of the following misconduct in regards to filing of a personal bankruptcy petition.

• Intentionally misrepresented his assets
• Failed to disclose his interest in at least nine (9) difference businesses
• Misrepresented his marital status
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Barry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Elias practices with Elias Leonard Dsouza PA at 111 North Pine Island in Plantation, Florida.
