The state of Arizona presented Daniel P. Beeks with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.
The Arizona State Bar found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

- Due to negligence conduct, client’s cases were dismissed
- Failed to keep client’s informed of status of legal matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
