Attorney Daniel Beeks of Phoenix; lying loser

The state of Arizona presented Daniel P. Beeks with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Due to negligence conduct, client’s cases were dismissed
  • Failed to keep client’s informed of status of legal matter
  • Misrepresented (lied) to clients on more than one occasions as to the status of their legal matter and did so over an extended period of time
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Danny practices with Bishop Law Office PC at 7210 North 16th Street in Phoenix, Arizona.
