Attorney Charles Maxwell of Mesa, AZ; lying loser

The state of Arizona presented Charles E. Maxwell with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Brigham Young University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made false representation (lied) to court
• Failed to correct misrepresentation even after opposing counsel referred the trial court to the truth
• Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of misconduct
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Duane practices with Maxwell & Morgan PC at 4854 East Baseline Road in Mesa, Arizona.
