Attorney Jeanne Zingsheim of Phoenix; ethical dwarf

The state of Arizona presented Jeanne M. Zingsheim with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Jeanne guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Jeanne!)
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Failed to consult with client to afford client to make informed decisions re: representation
  • Knowingly made a false statement to ethics investigators

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Jeanne by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Jeanne practices at 14401 North 38th Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.

Caution: Jeanne does not carry legal malpractice insurance
