Attorney Brent Kleinman of Phoenix; ethical misfit

The state of Arizona presented Brent J. Kleinman with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from Arizona Summit Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Brent guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Bad faith obstruction of disciplinary agency (Up yours, said Brent!)
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Brent by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Brent practices with The Kleinman Law Firm PLLC at 20 East Thomas Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
