Attorney William Was III of Phoenix; ethical dwarf

The state of Arizona presented William G. Was III with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the Thomas Jefferson of Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Entered into a business relationship with client
• Improperly communicated with person Billy knew was represented by counsel
• Bad faith obstruction of ethics investigation (Up yours, said Billy!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Phil practices with MCW Holdings at 2901 East Camelback Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
