The state of Californian presented Michael Thomas Stoller with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Southwestern University Law School in Los Angeles.

The California State Bar Court found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Admitted to practicing incompetently in five bankruptcy cases (Moron)
• Failed to appear at hearing to confirm debtor’s Chapter 13 plan
• Incompetence caused client’s bankruptcy case to be dismissed
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Mike.

• Failed to file two bankruptcy petitions on behalf of clients (victims)
• Failed to personally meet with client
• Failed to report $2,000 court sanction to state bar as required
• Failed to appear at four court scheduled meetings
• Failed to provide client file to client’s new attorney 

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.
