Attorney James Peck of New York City; wife beating loser

The state of New York presented James Michael Peck with a law license in 1971after he graduated from New York University (NYU) Law School.

In January 2006, Jimmy was appointed to a seat on the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Manhattan. His misconduct took place during that time.

In one matter, Jimmy was arrested following a domestic violence incident involving his wife at their apartment on Park Avenue. After his arrest, Jimmy was charged with third-degree attempted assault and second-degree harassment.

A mouthpiece of Jimmy said:

“He [Jimmy] had an argument with his wife. And he smacked his wife, causing bruising to her jaw.”

Jimmy’s excuse for assaulting his wife was due to the fact that she was late arriving at his Park Avenue apartment after leaving Jimmy’s vacation home in the Hamptons.

Therefore, we have Jimmy the Abuser admitting that he assaulted his wife. However, Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Michael Yavninsky who is obviously a Wife Beater sympathizer and fellow mysoginist, dismissed the case. This is also considered to be a common courtesy that one judicial loser provides to another.

As we speak (January 2015), Jimmy practices with Morrison & Foerster LLP at 250 West 55^th Street in New York, New York.

As one would suspect, the Morrison & Foerster firm doesn’t reveal Jimmy’s wife-beating expertise on its website at www.mofo.com. Apparently, the firm decided to conceal said information so as to not limit its future victim pool.
