Judge William Carr of Bel Air, MD; lazy loser

The state of Maryland presented William O. Carr with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law.

For the past thirty-five (35) years, Judge Carr has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Harford County area was about to offer him a good paying job.

The Maryland Judicial Commission found Judge Carr guilty of the following misconduct.

Numerous litigants and attorneys collectively complained that Billy habitually failed to render rulings in cases in a timely manner as he was required to do pursuant to the applicable laws and rules of Maryland.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Billy continues to sit as a Harford County Circuit Court judge in Bel Air, Maryland.
