Attorney Thomas Gagliardo of Baltimore; ethical dwarf

The DC Bar Counsel presented Thomas J. Gagliardo with a law license in 1974. The state of Maryland also presented Tommy with a law license in 1977.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to satisfy requirements of contingent fee agreement
• Failed to provide a writing describing co-counsel’s responsibilities and effect on fee to be charged to client
• Failed to timely respond to client inquiries
• Failed to pay third party agreed-upon amount when lawsuit settled

As a consequence of him misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Tommy practices with AFGE Local 1923 at 6401 Security Blvd in Baltimore, Maryland.
