• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to act with due diligence
• Abandoned his clients’ cases

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 1- year suspension of his law license.
