The state of Nevada presented Adam M. Vander Heyden with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Adam guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law
• Failed to utilize professional independence
