Attorney John Webster of Redding, CA; drunken loser

The state of California presented John Michael Webster with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Pacific Law School in Sacramento.

The California State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny was arrested and subsequently convicted of driving under the influence (DUI) in Trinity County. Subsequently, Johnny was sentenced to serve 48 hours in the Shasta County and placed on conditional release for 36 months.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Johnny practices at 1558 West Street in Redding, California, which is located in Shasta County.
