Attorney Michael Brown Jr. of Rock Hill, SC; convict

The state of South Carolina presented Michael Langford Brown Jr. with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the State University of South Carolina Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

In one matter, Tommy was arrested after an altercation with police officers at a bar. Subsequently, Tommy pled guilty to resisting arrest and was sentenced to pay a fine and complete community service.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Tommy continues to practice in the Rock Hill, South Carolina area.
