Attorney John Curtin of Phoenix; lazy loser

The state of Arizona presented John M. Curtin with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter Johnny hired an assistant on whom he increasingly relied on to create and maintain his trust account records. Johnny failed to properly supervise his assistant , who stopped creating and maintaining trust accounts records for a period of about four (4) years.

After Johnny’s trust account became overdrawn, he learned that his assistant misappropriated (stole) funds from both his trust and operating accounts, including $80,000 in settlement funds due Johnny’s client and a lien holder.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Johnny practices with Robbins & Curtin PLLC at 301 East Bethany Home Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
