Attorney Richard Kendall of North Reading, MA; ethical dwarf

The state of Massachusetts presented Richard W. Kendall with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the Massachusetts School of Law in Andover.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dick failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker) in pursing a client’s case.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Dick practices with the Law Offices of Richard W. Kendall at 348 Park Street in North Reading, Massachusetts.
