Attorney Mark Harder of Troy, MI; drunken convict

The state of Michigan presented Mark E. Harder with a law license in 1988.

Tri-County Hearing Panel #107 found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Mark was convicted of driving under the influence (DUI), which was his second offense. He was also convicted of failing to report an accident.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Mark practices with the Law Office of Ronald M. Sangster PLLC at 901 Wilshire Drive in Troy, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
