Attorney Phyllis Outlaw of DC; idiotic loser

The District of Columbia presented Phyllis J. Outlaw with a law license in 1980 after she graduated from Howard University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Phyllis guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Allowed statute of limitations to run on client’s lawful claims
• Actively avoided telling client the truth
• Failed to communicate with client

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Phyllis by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license.
