Attorney Terence Kindlon of Albany, NY; repeat offender

The state of New York presented Terence Leander Kindlon with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Albany Law School.

The Second Departmental Disciplinary Committee found Terry guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Terry found it acceptable to “view, handle and photograph” a document on the prosecutor's table while the trial was in recess and the prosecutor was out of the room.

Terry engaged in this underhanded conduct even though he never sought nor received permission from the prosecutor to so act.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Terry’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously received three (3) complimentary letters of caution for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Second Departmental Disciplinary Committee punished Terry by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Terry practices with Kindlon and Shanks PC at 74 Chapel Street in Albany, New York.
