Attorney Robert Goode of Marshall, MN; wife beating loser

The state of Minnesota presented Robert M. Goode with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of St. Thomas Law School in Minneapolis.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Professional Responsibility found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed as to status of case
• Failed to return client phone calls
• Failed for 18 months to disburse to client initial installment payment Bobby received from adverse party
• Failed to pursue further action against company on client’s behalf to collect monies lawfully owed to client under settlement agreement
• Convicted of one count of menacing, constituting domestic violence

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Bobby practices with Runchey, Louwagie & Wellman at 533 West Main Street in Marshall, Minnesota.
