Attorney Mary Mott of Baptistown, NJ; lying ticket fixer

The state of New Jersey presented Mary Rose Mott with a law license in 1989.

The Disciplinary Review Board charged Mary with the following misconduct, all of which took place while she was employed as a Hunterdon municipal prosecutor.

  • Improperly handled speeding ticket given to an employee of her family’s business [ticket fixing]
  • Lied to ethics investigators (Up yours, said Mary!)
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Set out to mislead trial court
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Failed to disclose a material fact to a trial court judge
  • Coached a witness to give false version of events
  • Made false statements re: involvement of Police Chief Al Kuryika and Officer Harold Johnson

All that’s left now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Mary by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Disciplinary Review Board.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Mary practices at 1099 Route 519 in Baptistown, New Jersey.
