The state of Pennsylvania presented Richard Patrick Reynolds with a law license in 1986.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to expedite client litigation
  • Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
  • Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter
  • Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client interests after being fired
  • Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to allow client to make informed decisions regarding representation
  • Failed to comply with client requests for information
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to abide by client decisions re: objectives of representation

As a consequence of his of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2014) Dick practices at 301 Preston Road in Flourtown, Pennsylvania.
