The state of Pennsylvania presented Robert Paul Petyak with a law license in 1975.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misappropriated (stole) client funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Committed a criminal act
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Bobby.
