Attorney Gwyn Hoerauf of Germantown, MD; ethical dwarf

The state of Maryland presented Gwyn Cara Hoerauf with a law license in 2000.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Gwyn guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely appear at contempt hearing on behalf of client
• Failed to respond to client’s requests for information
• Failed to timely respond to ethics investigator’s demands for information (Up yours, said Gwyn)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Gwyn by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.
