Attorney Itzchak Kornfeld of Philadelphia; ethical dwarf

The state of Pennsylvania presented Itzchak E. Kornfeld with a law license in 1993.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Unlawfully obstructed another’s persons access to relevant evidence
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2014) Itzchak practices at 16 East Roumfort Road in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
