Attorney Christine Mire of New Iberia, LA; lying loser

The state of Louisiana provided Christine Marie Mire with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Christy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Falsely accused judge of being incompetent and corrupt
• Circulated documents accusations v. judge to friends/bar associations
• Falsely accused opposing counsel of altering documents   
• Improperly collected fees in divorce matter w/o court approval
• Misconduct involved multiple violations
• Ordered by bankruptcy judge to return $7,000 fee
• Failed to return $7,000 as ordered for over two years

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Christy by gifting her with a complimentary 9-month suspension of her law license.
