Attorney Terry Marston II of Kirkland, WA; ethical dwarf

The state of Washington presented Terry Ray Marston II with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Puget Sound Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Terry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise non-lawyer employee
• Engaged in trust account irregularities

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Terry by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.
