Attorney Mary Franklin of Atlanta; ethical dwarf

The state of Georgia presented Mary Ellen Franklin with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from the Antioch School of Law.

The Georgia State Bar found Mary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Conduct allowed client to suffer significant financial injury at hands of husband
• Improperly employed suspended attorney

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Mary by gifting her with a complimentary 3-month suspension of her law license.
