Dick Cheney: Today’s “Humanitarian” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Dick. In the past, he has been the recipient of five (5) Awards in various categories and/or the subject of three (1) opinion pieces. Those awards and opinion pieces are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

During a recent (12/14/14) appearance on Meet the Press, moderator Chuck Todd asked Dick the following question:

“So if an American citizen is water-boarded by ISIS, are we going to try to prosecute ISIS for war crimes?

Dick responded by saying?

“You’re trying to come up now with hypothetical situations. The water-boarding, the way we did it, was, in fact, not torture.”

Clearly, Dick missed his calling as a Standup Comedian for arguing that our way of water-boarding wasn’t torture, which could only mean it must have been done in a Humanitarian manner as depicted in the image to your right.

Wouldn’t it be nice if we could treat Dick to a dose of the water-boarding that he laughingly claims wasn’t torture? Now, that would be something that could be quite profitable if it were shown on closed circuit TV.

Of course it goes without saying that Dick would demand that his torturers be required to use Perrier when water-boarding him. I bet Ol’ Dick would be screaming like a newborn after he was sprinkled with a four ounce bottle of Perrier.

Congrats Dick; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Humanitarians”; you are far too humble.
