Judge Paul Marino of Niagara Falls, NY; arrogant loser

The state of California presented Paul with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Duke University Law School.

The California Commission on Judicial Performance found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to avoid impropriety or even the appearance of impropriety (What’s new?)
  • Failed to act impartially when dealing with litigants
  • Denied party constitutional due process rights
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to be patient and courteous to litigants and witnesses (arrogant)
  • Failed to respect and comply with the law
  • Failed to afford party right to be heard

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Paulie continues to sit as a Niagara Falls City Court judge in Niagara Falls, New York.
