Attorney Marlene Wenger of Winlock, WA; lying Dumbo

The state of Washington presented Marlene K. Wenger with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Puget Sound Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to act with candor (lied) to trial court
• Failed to act with fairness to opposing party and counsel
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Faield to maintain required trust account records   

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Marlene by gifting her with a complimentary 45-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Marlene practices at 659 Nevil Road in Winlock, Washington.
