Attorney Kevin Richardson of Issaquah, WA; ethical misfit

The state of Washington presented Kevin R. Richardson with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Puget Sound Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to safeguard client funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with another complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Kevin practices with the Law Office of Kevin Richardson in Issaquah, Washington.
