Attorney Mark Plunkett of Seattle; ethical misfit

The state of Washington presented Mark Kellogg Plunkett with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Puget Sound Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Failed to adequately explain estate plan documents to clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with another complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Mark practices at 2366 Eastlake Avenue in Seattle, Washington.
