Attorney William McCool of Walla Walla, WA; repeat offender

The state of Washington presented William David McCool with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Willamette University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to maintain required trust account records
• Check register failed to disclose deposits
• Failed to adequately reconcile his trust account as required

As one would suspect this wasn’t Billy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand and a complimentary censure for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with another complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Billy practices in the Walla Walla, Washington area.
