Attorney Timothy O’Leary of St. Louis, MO; ethical gremlin

The state of Missouri presented Timothy John O’Leary with a law license in 1996.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

·         Failed to report misconduct involving dishonesty, untrustworthiness or fitness to practice law regarding another attorney to the appropriate authorities

·         Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Timmy practices with Sandberg Phoenix & Von Gontard, PC at 600 Washington Avenue in Saint Louis, Missouri.
