Today’s “Moron” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Ricky. In the past, he has been the recipient of thirteen (13) Awards in various categories and/or the subject of ten (10) opinion pieces. Those awards and opinion pieces are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

Ricky is yet another loser lawyer that determined early on after graduating from Dickinson School of Law [Penn State] just how difficult it would be to earn a dishonest living practicing law. As a consequence, Ricky decided to go into the second most ethical profession (used car salesman No. 1 and Ministry No. 3), politics.

In a recent (12/01/14) conference call with members of fellow screwball pastor E. W. Jackson’s SCREW America, I’m sorry I mean STAND America, Ricky denied the existence of the separation of church and state in the U.S. Constitution.  He went on to dismiss the claims as a Communist idea having no place in the U.S. of A.

An unnamed listener on Ricky’s call told him that:

• “A number of the things that the far left, a.k.a. the Democratic Party, and the president is pushing for and accomplishing actually accomplishes a number of the tenets of ‘The Communist Manifesto,’ including the amnesty, the elevation of pornography, homosexuality, gay marriage, voter fraud, open borders, mass self-importation of illegal immigrants and things of that nature.”

Ricky responded by saying:

• “The words ‘separation of church and state’ is not in the U.S. Constitution, but it was in the constitution of the former Soviet Union. That’s where it very, very comfortably sat, not in ours.”

Obviously, Ricky skipped the classes offered at Dickinson on constitutional law. Moreover, he also must have skipped history classes when he attended high school. Most high school graduates and likely all first year law students are aware that Thomas Jefferson and James Madison made reference to the Separation of Church and State while discussing the amendment that the in fact drafted.

In a lame effort at levity, Ricky the Moron laughingly continues to assert that he is qualified to become the next President of the U.S. of A.

Congrats Ricky; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Morons”; you are far too humble.
