Attorney Frederick Hickle of Tucson; repeat offender

The state of Arizona presented Frederick C. Hickle with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Freddy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to appear at trial on client’s behalf
  • Failed to appear for court ordered show cause hearing
  • Sanctioned $500 by trial court for failing to appear at show cause hearing
  • Ordered to pay $7,500 deposit towards attorney fees/costs for failing to appear at trial
  • Found in contempt of court when he failed to pay court ordered $7,500 deposit
  • Failed to attend second court ordered show cause hearing
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Freddy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license

As we speak (ca. December 2014) Freddy practices in the Tucson, Arizona area.

Warning: Freddy does not carry legal malpractice insurance
