Attorney John Harris of Scottsdale; repeat offender

The state of Arizona presented John Duke Harris with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to maintain client trust account records
  • Failed to manage client trust account as required
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Johnny’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2014) Johnny practices with the Harris Law Firm in Scottsdale, Arizona.
