The state of Colorado presented Michael S. Keilly with a law license in 1989.

Disciplinary Counsel found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to appear for court scheduled status conference
• Failed to comply with court order to set client’s case for trial
• Failed to take any action on client’s case led court dismissal of matter
• Failed to inform client of his inaction or dismissal of his case
• Abandoned representation of client
• Misconduct resulted in significant harm being suffered by client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 14-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak, (ca. December 2014), Mike practices at 1865 Holeman Drive in Erie, Colorado.
