This isn’t the first Award presented to Matty. In the past, he has been the recipient of seven (7) Awards in various categories. Matty is yet another lawyer who experienced difficulty in earning a dishonest living practicing law. Matty then decided he could earn a decent living by spewing forth an assortment of right wing crap as spokesman and chief comedian for During a recent (11/13/14) rant on the Liberty Counsel’s Comedy radio program, Matty feigned outrage that voters in two states had voted to legalize marijuana. The Comic laughingly claimed that while driving his BMW down the road that he had a right “to be safe in my person,” which would be undermined if other people are smoking pot because “it puts everyone out on that road at risk.” Moronic Matty (M&M) went on to say: “The crane operator that's lifting this huge crane object over the top of a building in downtown I have yet to see any news reports wherein someone was arrested for Driving under the Influence of Marijuana. Therefore, Matty’s argument is pure BS! I am not concerned or feel at risk in regards to folks who use Marijuana for recreational purposes. On the other hand, I am quite concerned about Morons and Lunatics like Matty and those of his ilk that spew forth all kinds of BS that is digested by low I.Q. folks for the sole purpose of unjustly enriching themselves.
