Attorney Ty Clevenger of Lavon, TX; ethical misfit

The state of Texas presented Ty Odell Clevenger with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Stanford University Law School.

The 380th District Court of Collin County found Ty guilty of the following misconduct

During the course of litigation, Ty took a position that unreasonably increased the costs or placed other unnecessary burdens of the case and/or that unreasonably causes a delay in the resolution of the matter.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Ty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2014), Ty practices at 1095 Meadow Hill Drive in Lavon, Texas.
