The state of Connecticut provided Eugene S. Melchionne with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Drake University Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Eugene guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Eugene ailed to adequately explain terms of retainer fee agreement to his unfortunate client (victim).

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Eugene by gifting him with another complimentary reprimand.
