Attorney Gerald Gore of Hartford, CT; ethical misfit

The state of Connecticut provided Gerald Bernard Gore with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from New England College Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Gerald guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to adequately communicate with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Eric by ordering that he attend an ethics class.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Gerald.

It is rumored that Dick opted to attend an ethics seminar held at the Huey B. Long Institute of Ethics located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
