• Neglected a criminal appeal for more than two years
• Failed to communicate with client for two years
• Failed to refund unearned portion of retainer fee in timely fashion

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.
