The state of Illinois presented Terrence Michael Fenelon with a law license in 1980.

The Disciplinary Commission found Terry guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Terry failed to timely disburse funds that related to a client’s dissolution of marriage and bankruptcy matters.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Terry by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Terry.
