Attorney Michael Tobin of Wauwatosa, WI; lying loser 

The state of Wisconsin presented Michael W. Tobin with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Marquette University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Mike guilty of the following misconduct

·        Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

·        Knowingly filed inaccurate trust account certification for three different years

·        Converted (stole) trust account funds

·        Failed to hold client funds in required client trust accounts

·        Made false representations (lied) to ethics investigators

·        Made no effort to identify right owner of checks that were not cashed

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 120-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2014), Mike practices with the Michael W. Tobin Law Office at 9730 West Bluemound Road in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
