Attorney Wanda Abioto of Gulfport, MS; ethical gremlin

The state of Mississippi presented Wanda X. Abioto with a law license in 1997.

The Mississippi State Bar Association found Wanda guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain adequate trust account records
• Held in contempt of court for failing to return two videos to client
• Misplaced client property

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Mississippi Supreme Court punished Wanda by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2014), Wanda practices with the Abioto Law Center PLLC in Gulfport, Mississippi.
